As you know from the previous post, Wasanapi graduated in homeopathy January 2014. Now he has completed the next stage – he has gained registration to practice homeopathy in Maun from the Botswana Health Professions Council. This means he can start working as a registered homeopath for the Maun Homeopathy Project.
Wasanapi’s passion has always been to provide a homeopathic service for the community, especially people most in need. So from now on he will be employed by the MHP to run the Outreach Programme for villages and Safari Camps in the Bush and Delta around Maun. The MHP has managed to secure funding from 5 Safari Camps to provide clinics for their staff but it is only thanks to your donations that we are able to pay Wasanapi for running the clinics in the villages. There are currently 8 villages we visit and Wasanapi will be running all these clinics.
He has a busy time ahead but as he says – “We may be small but we think big.”
Your help is needed
The Maun Homeopathy Project is funded almost entirely by individual donations. Please support us today if you can.
