News from my trip to Maun

My latest trip to Maun was exciting and full of new possibilities for the future of the MHP. It was great to see the clinics in full flow, demand still high and new outreach clinics being requested by several safari companies who have heard of our service. So I was busy talking with potential new partners and putting together a Clinic Schedule with Wasanapi who as you know is a trainee but also runs the Outreach Programme. Wasanapi and Irene are both in the final stages of their training to become qualified homeopaths so my time was also spent talking with them and Lebo who qualifies at the end of 2014 ¬†about the future. Luckily volunteer Susanne Hartley, who is experienced in group work,¬†was with me in Maun. She ran a day’s workshop for the team to explore what the future might hold for them. I am now putting together a ‘transition plan’ which I will present to the Trustees to put in place over the next few years. The future looks good!
